Thank you for making a purchase from POLICEANDFIREGEAR.COM (PAFG)

If you received a product you are not satisfied with, we can help. Here are our guidelines to return a product.

1. We offer a 30 day return policy.
Within 30 days of your order if you want to return an item be sure:

A. It is a new product in new original unopened packaging. We will not accept open packaging;
B. We will not accept an item in unacceptable condition;
C. We will not accept a return on all items, some restrictions apply
D. You will be assessed a 25% restocking fee
E. PAFG is not responsible for the shipping charges to return an item(s). We also are not responsible for any return shipping damage. We will not accept COD charges on a returned item;
F. Purchases made by Credit Card will have the credit returned to the same card used for the purchase. Purchases made by Check or Money order will be sent a check within 14 days of completion of the Return Process.

Return Policy for Wrong Item

If the item you receive from us is not what you ordered do not open the packaging. You should be able to do a visual assessment and determine if you received the product you ordered. We cannot take back opened items and we will not take back used items. We will guide you how to return the item for an exchange.

1. Call us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment.
2. We will need you to fill out the Return Authorization Form which must be returned with a copy of your original invoice and the item(s) to be returned.
3. Your return will not be subject to the 25% restocking fee if you received the wrong items as a result of our error

Damaged or Defective Products

Merchandise that is defective is subject to the Manufacturers’ specified warranty policy and must be returned to them. Once an item has been used and shows signs of use, returns are at the Manufacturer’s discretion, not PAFG. We will assist you in contacting the Manufacturer.

Please Note

If you need the correct item immediately and cannot wait for the return process to complete, reorder the correct item and we will refund the new shipping charges.
